Belgian Appointed Leopards Head Coach


AFC Leopards have appointed Belgian, Patrick Aussems, their new head coach.

He is an experienced African football tactician who has previously coached Tanzanian club, Simba,  Sudan’s Al-Hilal and Congo’s AC Leopards.

He takes over Leopards who are in a good run and drew with Kenya Premier League Champions, Gor Mahia, on Sunday.

He takes over from Anthony Kimani who has been acting head coach after Tomas Trucha resigned last December.

Leopards, popularly known as Ingwe, sit fourth in the league with 19 points after nine games although they have played two matches fewer than leaders, Tusker (26 points).
